The over all experience with the restaurant was great. The problem I have is with the call center employee who kept yawning during the phone call and then proceeded to tell me that there was no special for personal pan pizzas and then proceeded to tell the the price was going to be $15.00. I canceled that order and I was going to order something else but I decided to use the pizza hut app. I can say that the app that the $3.00 price and I placed my order without issue. I would also like to add that I had ordered the day before, and the lady was happy to tell me about the coupons for the personal paying pizzas. I can tell you the customer service was night and day between what I received on Thursday night and what I received on Friday evening.

Location wasn’t even that business. Pizza had hardly any toppings and on top that they gave me the wrong flavor wings. So I had to drive all the way back to the location and no apology or compensation for my drive back and time. Definitely wanted be back. I’ll go to dominoes next time.

Ordered 2 pies for delivery last night at 10pm. $62.92 order that included a $10 tip. Driver showed up significantly late with 1 pie that wasn’t even mine (different pie, different phone number, and different receipt … $14). Driver called the store and they had made a mistake (or the driver picked up the wrong pie). Manager said he would be happy to remake my order and get it out there right away. Having not received my order by midnight, I tried many times to call the store, but nobody answered. Called the main Pizza Hut number, and they too tried without luck to call the store. This morning I called the store, and it went through. The manager did put through a refund … that “should show up in the next 5 to 7 days.” Then the he said that he was sorry for the mix up and hoped I would consider ordering from them again. I said that I would not be ordering from them again, because his response in my opinion didn’t adequately address the issues that I experienced with the transaction … and asked what he could do in addition to having to wait for a 5 to 7 day refund to make it right. He said that he didn’t have the ability to add anything else to that offer. Plenty of other

Man I am so appreciative for Doug and his crew at colley location even after a mistake during order placement he went above and beyond to make sure I received my delivery. Thanks for your service you rock

Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers and Meat Lovers with Mushrooms and onions,both Pan crust. What I received was 2 burnt hand tossed pizzas. The Pepperoni Lovers looked like a regular pepperoni pizza and the onions and mushrooms were missing from my meat Lovers. The crust is so hard it is inedible. What in the world Pizza Hut!! When I called about my order I was told they would try to get my order remade and sent back out. I will see how long that takes if and when it happens.
